Using the app
The Learning Path is an installable web app. You can add it to your home screen and use it without a connection.
Install on your phone
You do not need the App Store or Google Play. Your phone can install the app directly from the website.
iPhone or iPad
- 1Open the app in Safari.
- 2Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- 4Tap Add. The app icon appears on your home screen.
Android
- 1Open the app in Chrome.
- 2Tap the menu button (three dots) or the Install app banner.
- 3Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- 4Tap Add. The app icon appears on your home screen.
Once installed, the app opens in full screen without the browser address bar, just like any other app.
Use it offline
The app is designed to work without an internet connection. The first time you visit a module, its content is saved on your phone automatically.
- ✓All module content, quizzes, reflection prompts and pocket tools work offline.
- ✓Your progress, streaks, badges and written answers are saved on this device.
- ✓Progress made offline is there when you reconnect — no manual syncing is needed.
- ✓Only sign-in and cloud sync across devices require an internet connection.
If you want to be sure everything is cached before a trip, open each module once while you are online.
Your data stays private
Your progress and reflections are stored on your own device. We never receive them unless you later choose to sign in and opt into sync. Clearing your browser data will erase the app’s stored progress, so export a copy from your profile if you want to keep it.
