• ✓Day 2Listen to someone you disagree with.Let them finish. Ask one question instead of making a point, then repeat back what you understood before replying.
• ✓Day 3Learn about another culture or worldview.Read, watch or listen to something made by people inside that culture rather than about them.
• ✓Day 4Find common ground with someone different from you.Look past the position to the value underneath it. Name out loud the one thing you both care about.
• ✓Day 5Acknowledge something you might be wrong about.Say it out loud to one person. Being able to change your mind is a strength, not a defeat.
• ✓Day 6Do something helpful for someone outside your immediate circle.Small counts. A hand, an introduction, an hour of your time, expecting nothing in return.
