The confidence audit

Take one belief that matters to you. Be honest about the gap between how sure you feel and what you can actually point to.

How confident do you feel, from 0 to 100? Write the number and why that number.

List everything you can actually point to in support. Be specific — articles, experiences, arguments.

List what genuinely cuts against it.

Looking at those two lists, is your number too high, too low, or about right?

Write about a time you changed your mind on something important. What made it possible?
